Paxport enables airlines and travel resellers to grow their ancillary revenues by providing a better travel experience for their passengers. As their travel retail partner, we enable them to capitalise on the increasing demand for travel enhancing services and the growing ecommerce. We deliver solutions and operational services for aggregating and distributing passenger and booking data between airlines, resellers, airports, suppliers and other parties.
Our marketing services include client branded web shops, email and sms communication, ecommerce management and more. By using best practice merchandising techniques through the entire passenger journey, we are able to increase ancillary services conversion rates and revenues significantly. To complement flight-related services, we also market and deliver a wide range of services through our affiliate network of third party service providers, such as preordered products and duty-free.

As an IATA Strategic Partner, Paxport is proud to be driving the adoption of the new NDC standard and helping airline clients and travel agencies to take advantage of the emerging new market for travel retail.

Paxport was founded in 1994, has 90 employees and serves over 80 airlines and 250+ resellers in UK and continental Europe.
