options and the chance to check in as a VIP. Using Revenue Plus
with Paxport Manager, you can create customer value and capture
extra revenue by offering a wide range of products and
services.
Revenue Plus can be used via a retail interface, for use by travel
agents and operators, or via a branded website through which
passengers can buy direct. The system can also be used as a back
office application for managing added value services.
Using Revenue Plus, the typical revenue per passenger is €2-€5.
How many passengers do you handle?
Pre-requisites for Revenue Plus:
- Define assortment for ancillary services (inventory)
- Celebration reporting: Messages can be conveyed to the cabin
crew if family members for example wish to buy a gift to the
passengers e.g. the children buying champagne for their parents who
are celebrating their 20th wedding anniversary.
- Pricing model (this can be drilled down to dates, routes,
planes etc)
- Branding guidelines, including style sheets
- Content, including service descriptions
- Define sales window per service
- Implement a PCI (payment card industry) compliant PSP (payment
service provider) supporting 3D secure if required.
- General business rules per service.
Configuration/setup for Revenue Plus:
- Apply best practices and optimize the bread crumb trail,
presentation of services, service dependencies (e.g.discount if
purchase several services, or for operational reasons for example:
NOML passengers can't purchase seat at the front etc.).
- Set advanced pricing schema to maximize revenue.
- Define management reports that suit your business.
- Configure Google analytics, or another analytics tool of your
choice to capture and measure e-commerce data.
- Define business rules that are aligned with both legislative
and operational factors
