So how do we do it:


We are using Zendesk as our online support system.

Paxport has introduced a new modern online support system. The system is a ticket handler with functionality that will help out with the workflow of handling our customer service and also internal support issues.

The goals with the implementation of a new and modern online support system are many and the aim is to improve the customer experience. For instance:

  • Creating a more professional support from Paxport where Paxport's customers can report cases and get automatic answers immediately and with an id number attached to each case.
  • Scalable solution - prepared for larger volumes of tickets.
  • Creating an easy readable knowledgebase (Forum/FAQ) which will be of use for Paxport customers as well as Paxport's own support.

We promise to always respond to your questions within 8 working hours.

Last week we had a prelaunch with the service mail account and we have now also launched the support mail account. The following emails will now be connected to the new online support system; support@paxport.se and service@paxport.se .
