Paxport is the expert in Passenger Management, working with tour operators and airlines, dealing with the complexity of the travel market and delivering accurate information throughout the chain to ensure that airport processes become a seamless, well-organized experience for passengers.

The operation team at Paxport is using various tools in their daily work, however, Paxport Manager is the core product. Paxport Manager is powering a versatile service for Passenger Management; by incorporating system requirements from our customers we have reach a high level of knowledge and experience.

Developing a software or hardware system on your own is costly and time consuming. That is why Paxport is so successful in having a proved and tested solution that actually works. We have over 30 operations specialists working seven days a week. Outsourcing Managed services to Paxport allow you to create a new ancillary revenue stream by utilizing the Revenue plus product.

Managed services  pre-requisites:

 

  •  Access to source booking data.
  •  Access to seat plans
  •  Defined business processes of the daily operational work
  •  Communication schema to airports, crew offices, third party suppliers etc.
  •  Exception management processes e.g. aircraft change

Managed services, configuration:
 

  • Customize import converters to manage XML,CM2-4 or other consistent formats. Or, establish near real-time integrations with the reservation system (preferred) to process the booking data.
  • Configure the PNL-generator to comply with the communication schema.
  • Configure report generator to provide operational information to relevant actors according to their needs
  • Build new seat plans including design, seat pitch (according to LOPA), security regulations, business logic and pricing for ancillary services (select your seat).
  • Define pre-seating needs. Full seating, free seating or security seating (Passengers with reduced mobility, infants etc)
  • Build dynamic seat zones if applicable. Paxport's advanced dynamic seat zones enable airlines to cater for various meal zones and / or class zones, and ensures an optimized and operationally approved seat plan, automatically adjusted according to the current load factor. Moreover, dynamic seat zones ensures the highest possible availability to the end consumer when purchasing seats, at all times during the sales window!
  • Define overall business logic and QA procedures for monitoring and follow ups
  • Testing activities throughout the entire network of airport stations, authorities and suppliers.
