The tablet solution acts as a carrier of passenger data collected from tour operators, supplemented with information on additional services ordered at Paxport’s web shops. This means that the crew will not only rid themselves of traditional paper stacks, they also get access to more extensive passenger information, presented in a user-friendly way.

After landing, the further enriched information is returned to Paxport for forwarding to the airline and the tour operator’s CRM systems. This gives them an opportunity to “know their customer”, an important foundation for improved targeting of future messages and offers.
